Ceramic-enamel toughened U-shaped glass provides good daylighting, energy savings and improved shading. It can be used for non-load-bearing interior and exterior walls, partitions and roofs in industrial parks, factories, property sales centers, landscape walls, schools, airports, stations, luxury hotels, offices, homes, greenhouses and other industrial and civil buildings.

Inorganic enamel is printed or sprayed evenly onto the web of the U-shaped glass. Screen printing or spraying can be customized as required, and drying usually follows enamel application as a continuous process.

Drying and heat treatment permanently fuse the enamel to the glass surface, producing decorative U-shaped glass that resists wear, acids and alkalis.
