As an important planned center under the Belt and Road policy, Shengzhou needs a landmark that reflects its development.

The “Crystal Palace” created by Rongxin in Shengzhou has become a landmark project for the southern part of the city and for Shengzhou as a whole.

4. Chongqing Center Marketing Center

The U-shaped glass facade requires a window opening of 900 * 14000 mm, with 2.4 m of U-shaped glass below the window and 4 m above it. Because the glass cannot carry the window load, the initial proposal was to conceal a 40 square-tube column within the glazing cavity to support the frame. After repeated design review, a 150 x 30 steel plate was selected instead, using a cantilever design.

6. Chongqing Poly Yuetang Marketing Center

Unforgettable at first sight: single-row ultra-white U-shaped glass spans 5.5 m, with built-in LED lighting and a printed landscape image.
